An around-the-clock Network Operations Centre (NOC)
Our NOC is staffed by certified technicians specifically trained to help resolve your system issues. Call or email us: we determine immediately whether you’ll need remote or on-site support, then schedule the call accordingly. From the original triage to the final resolution, we ensure you get the service you need quickly and efficiently.
An online service portal
Our portal gives our customers the ability to place and manage service calls, print activity reports and view invoices. This value-added service is the perfect answer for customers with multiple locations and for those who place frequent service calls.
A dedicated Account Manager
With a dedicated Account Manager assigned to support your business, you always deal with someone who’s familiar with your solution, and has a vested interest in ensuring you have everything you need. They’ll help with all your Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC), too.
Flexible Support Agreements
We offer a variety of support agreements to fit your needs. Our standard agreement includes 7/24/365 support for normal and emergency repair issues. Our enhanced package provides value-added options to deal with service issues immediately, including:
