Avaya to purchase Nortel Enterprise Solutions division
Avaya’s acquisition of Nortel’s Enterprise Solutions division has been approved by the European Commission. The deal was given the green light by Canadian and U.S. regulators earlier this month, and with this latest box ticked, it’s expected to close before 2009 is out.
