New headquarters, with a refreshed Eclipse Lab and expanded TAC
Team Eclipse is currently over 80 people strong and growing. We’ve recently added another location to continue to offer our customers the best in service and support. Our new head office in Mississauga supports part of our now larger and more robust Technical Assistance Centre (TAC), where our Service and Helpdesk teams support our clients. It also houses our main warehouse, where we maintain critical spares for emergency crash kits, so we can ensure all spare parts are on hand in the event of an emergency outage. This is particularly critical for our customers with 24-hour operations.
The new Eclipse Lab
Our second facility in Mississauga houses members of our Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Finance teams, as well as our newly expanded and updated Eclipse Lab, a large facility for use by our engineers, technicians and customers. This lab is critical in testing customer systems to ensure the quality of the solution is proven prior to the onsite installation. The lab is also used for troubleshooting by our technical staff as well as for customer demonstrations, training and testing of new applications.
Globally respected technical support talent
Many of our team members work remotely from home offices to provide sales and service support. This is especially important for some members of our Technical Assistance Centre working from Belleville. This location was once a major hub for Nortel Level 3 Technical Support and Eclipse is now home to many past members of this organization. We feel this provides an unmatched level of support for our customers since this group had previously provided Level 3 support for all partners throughout the world.
