Who we are
Eclipse Technology Solutions specializes in designing, implementing and servicing complex multi-site, multi-application technology solutions. We have extensive experience with full-scale VoIP solutions, large contact centre applications, unified messaging integration, and wireless mobility solutions. We’re one of the few telecommunications providers in North America authorized to sell, install and support Avaya (Nortel), Cisco and Mitel solutions. And our engineers are among the most certified in the industry.
Investing in service
The key to our success is service. We have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude that permeates the organization and come across in each interaction we have with our customers. It’s an attitude we nurture by reinvesting in things like employee training; engineering, technician, and sales certification; inventory, crash kits, and a staging lab; a customer portal for easy access to Eclipse; strong relationships with suppliers and partners; and employee retention.

Our customers tell us we’re the ideal combination, offering all the services and stability they’d expect from a much larger company, while maintaining the agility, dedication and personal service of a small business. While we’re a relatively young company, many of our very experienced staff come to us from ECL and from J&D Systems, both of which were acquired by Bell Canada in 2006. So as a business, we’re wise far beyond our years.
